The best databases to choose for any topic relating to counseling or human services is Psychology & Behavioral Sciences Collection. Your H number is required for off-campus access. Placing AND between your keyword search terms joins them all together. Putting a name or phrase in quotation marks locks in your search terms so they are searched in the order you typed them. You may also wish to play around with your search terms (for example, try patients instead of clients) to vary your results.
