Begin your search by visiting the library's homepage and clicking on the "Databases" tab.  Go to "Databases A to Z," then go to "C" and search within the CINAHL database.  This is not the only health-related database, but it should be the first you consult.

With such a broad query you may want to enter the terms "medication errors" into the CINAHL Headings at the top of the web page.  This will provide you with addtional search terms that are similar to your original, thus providing you with more accurate results.

If you have any questions about how to use the database please contact a reference librarian via phone, text, live chat, email, Twitter, Facebook, or in person.
