Students, Faculty, and Staff of HGTC:

Your HGTC ID is your library card. You use it to check out materials.  Use your H number to sign on to the library's computers and access the library's online resources from off-campus.

Residents of Horry & Georgetown Counties not otherwise affiliated with the college:

You can get a free library card for HGTC library by bringing in an official state ID or driver's license showing that you are a resident of Horry or Georgetown County and aged 18 and over. With this card you can check out materials and use the library's computers. You will not, however, have access to the library's online resources from off-campus.

NOTE: HGTC library is an academic library and is not affiliated with the Horry County Public Library, the Georgetown County Public Library, or the Chapin Memorial Library in Myrtle Beach.
