Yes. Current students can print and copy up to 300 single-sided or 600 double-sided, black & white pages per semester for free. For scanning, both the Conway and Grand Strand libraries have a flatbed scanner where you can either save your scans to a USB drive or send them via email in color, b&w, or gray scale for free.
