You may cancel and reschedule your appointment through TutorTrac via WaveNet up to 5 hours before your scheduled appointment time. After that point, students are strongly encouraged to call the SSTC as soon as possible to let us know that you will not be able to make your appointment. You can also call us or stop by the center to cancel your appointment at any time before the appointment.
