The Library’s Literature Databases would be a good place to start. Go to www.hgtc.edu/library, click on the Databases tab, then try searching Bloom’s Literary Reference Center with the keywords Richard Wright AND “Big Black Good Man” and you should be rewarded with several useful articles. Some very good scholarly articles can also be found in Literature Resource Center (Gale) and Literary Reference Center (EBSCO), using the same search keywords. You could also try searching Academic Search Premier for information on racism in Denmark. Many resources on Richard Wright also exist in HGTC's print collections. They can be located by doing a keyword search for Richard Wright in the library catalog found at www.hgtc.edu/library.
